Uhm , can someone tell me what's the difference between "New Expansion Location" and "Enemy - Expansion" ?

New Expansion Location is the location the AI will expand to.
Enemy - Expansion is the location an ENEMY has an expansion on.

Expansion = base.
I'm 98% sure of this. Maybe 97%.

New expansion location - IA will try free a mine in order to expand
Enemy expansion - IA will attack the enemy expansion
