So i made a map with 3 bases, 2 are allied against the third team, but no matter what I do I can't get more than two bases set up on the map. Also, the second team stays as an undead when i want it to be human and Ino matter what i do it stays as undead. I feel like I'm missing something basic here but i can't figure out what. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Look in Player Properties in 3rd or 4th tab in the Menu Toolbar of World editor.

Have the same problem, no matter how much I try, I can't change the races of the players to a different race than their default races which can be seen in the printcsreen:

Which means I cannot have more than 3 Night Elf players as an example. However, I have this problem only with some of my maps 0_0

Sorry, didn't explain very good. I mean when i open player properties, i select to have 3 players open, 1 user, two computer open. The first two are human and the third is orc. I put the two humans as allied as force 1 and the orc as its own force 2. After I do that, when I launch the game to test the map, the only ones that show up are first and second player, with third player's base no where to be found, regardless if i use a fixed starting location or not.:vw_wtf:

Hmm, I'm not an expert when it comes to Melee Map making but the only possible error I can think of is your 3rd base is too close to the Gold Mine.

That's the thing, i created a new map entirely to test it out, with only start locations placed and still the third player/team doesn't come out.

For the player random race problem heres the solution :

Scenario - Player Options / Properties

Tick the check box saying "use fixed player settings"

Then go to the force tab and check :

"Use fixed forces settings " Or something similar. :as:
