Ability tooltip enhanced help

How can I make spell show varriable or Hero's current attribute in tooltip - enhanced text (Like it shows damage data or dur data)?
If anyone can create a spell and infrom me plz

Only some data can be displayed and I m not sure this is posible

as far as i know, in spell tooltips you can only access data preset in any ability.
