Hello!! It's me again!
I'm having trouble with my maps again. It's about the abilities of a unit. I want a certain unit of mine to have 10 abilities. But we all know that there are only 8 extra clicking slots for a certain unit because all other click slots are placed with the move, attack etc. buttons.
Does anybody know how to solve this problem?
Thanks in advanced!!

Go to the abilities section of the object editor. Find the item ability called 'spellbook' and paste it and rename it to what you want it to be called. Then make it a hero ability (or otherwise depending on how you want it to work) by ticking off the box with 'hero' next to it.

Then go to the part with 'maximum spells' and 'minimum spells' and i guess in this case you'll want 10 as the maximum number of spells, and 0 as the minimum if you're levelling. After that you need to make your abilities, I advise making your own abilities using triggers because it is the easiest way to deal with spellbooks. If you use other abilities with different bases from the ability 'channel' then make sure they aren't of the same type, or else casting one of them will make another cast too.

If you do trigger abilities, make them off the ability called 'channel' and change the 'base order ID, and order string stat in the ability settings to one that you wouldn't use normally such as 'unburrow' if you don't have burrow on the unit with the ability. Give each channel a different order ID so they won't multicast, then add them to the list of spells in the spellbook ability. Give it to your hero and voila you should have a fair amount of spells, at least 8 if it glitches for some reason (it can sometimes).

Spellbooks aren't easy if you're not experienced with custom abilities, but I hope that helps. If not check out the tutorials, there should be one I think with screenshots to help.

Thank's a lot.
I've tried it. But there's only one problem
I've tried putting various spells on the spellbook and placed it as an ability for my unit. But for some annoying reason the only spells that appear on the spellbook are entangling roots, dispel magic and roar. And those aren't even the spells I placed in the item ability.

EDITED: No thanks!!I've solved it alredy!! Thank you so much!! You saved me a lot of trouble!!
