Reading the readme, lets see what you've done wrong:

  • The content of the tutorial must be in the post. We won't accept attached .doc / html documents, nor images that have all the content of the tutorial.
  • Don't submit other tutorials that weren’t made by you without the original authors' written permission. (You must be able to prove you had permission!)

Well i' didn't expect thes to go anywhere just giving the link out, if the mods liked it and stickied it thats fine, if the mods delete it thats fine too,

But i like to disprove things for the fun of it please take no offence.

Well he released the tutorial so everyone, Member or not may read it and learn.
Well since the website isn't well known only people who post tutorials will see it and the tutorial is no use to them,So me giving out the link to his tutorial does not need permission because the creator wants it to be used or else he wouldn't have posted it. It'd be like someone Googling it, Does Google need permission to give you the link to the tutorial? No because its a web server it's job is to help you find what you're looking for. And i don't see the creator going "Hey bob lets go sue Google today!" because if it wasn't on Google or there was no links to the website or advertisement at all the tutorial would not exist, So me giving the link is no problem because its linked to the creators tutorial i'm, just helping him get his tutorials well known to the people who actually need it, so i really don't need his permission because i'm helping him out and i take no credit for anything and i do not want rep i just want to get this link to people who need it.

Html documents? I can go in to basically any tutorial page and find html documents.

Except this is a forum for submiting tutorials you have written or have permission to directly post. Not a forum for links to offsite tutorials.

Doesn't say i have to write them and i didn't post the tutorial i posted its link and i credited its writer. And it doesn't say it has to be a tutorial on this site.

But you can go ahead and delete this if you'd be so kind. Its just trouble to both me and you. And believe me i don't want to make a moderator angry.

I'm so sorry for your illiteracy...

The requirement of having the content of a tutorial in a post procludes using offsite tutorials. As well, you seem to have no actual permission to post them from the author...

And also, i am not a moderator of the tutorials section...
