At alot of forums you cannot look thru topics and stuff like that before registering so many people automaticly just registers at the first visit to the site not knowing if you are able to do that or not.

Anyways I am very against deleting members at all, that clearly sends the message "get the fuck out of my site" and would piss me off alot if it happened to me. I would never visit such site again.

Don't delete members. Period. It's a really bad idea, because even if someone hasn't logged in in like 3 months they might have just taken a vacation or something, or left wc3 for a while.
