Oh hey, that's pretty neat. Looks like some kind of mini stone idol of the model I made.
I should probably update that model at some point in the future. It's riddled with derps.

Good idea to make a sand elemental's ability icon.
I can't really say what is going on in this icon, but i can certainly say that it looks flat. Maybe a big pic will help me to find out.
I think there are some weird proportions though.
I suggest you to increase the definition, and to shade it. The shading plays an important role.
