[JASS] 2 Questions

1- How can I make Jass codes colored in WE or should I use Jasscraft for it
2- What does NewGen do actually it has a different world editor with some other things but I really didnt get what is its function you say its a great tool what makes it great and what is library :/

1. You can't normally, though there may be a tool for Grimoire that allows you to do so.

2. NewGen is basically a combination of Grimoire and JassHelper. People use NewGen mainly to easily use JassHelper to "extend" the JASS language and for various debugging purposes. A library is a vJASS syntax command to help organize code.

2- It's a preprocessor and debugger (with a better compiler) mostly, for stuff like structs and libraries. (converts code to a form that the WE can understand, from slightly more advanced options)

And a library just moves stuff to the top of the script, potentially below other libraries.

Heh, I personally hate syntax highlighting, except for bracket pairing. Each man to his own, though.

well Im quite begginer in JASS I dont know any command and TESH has command generator highlighter etc and jass texts in WE is too small and entangled so TESH makes my job easier
BTW I need a common.j
I use common.j of JASScraft but it gives errors which TESH doesnt give when saving etc

The errors it is giving probably relate to your globals; JC doesn't magically know you have them. You have to define them in JC if you want it to compile with them.

Just ignore those errors, it's easy to tell which ones they are.

I mean WE has its own check system too cant I use it somehow

The WE has a worse compiler, there's no reason not to use JCs.

The reason JC wouldn't be compiled is because you've defined the globals in the WE and thus it recognizes them, but you haven't defined them in JC so it doesn't recognize them.
