- also remove the Boom/glow to the ground it kinda blends with the background

Looks to me like a arm of a animal climbing too the top of a mountain and that is his arm pushing himself up. You need to define this.

Like most of us have said, i think removing the black borders and defining the mine and it'll be allright.

Well, no need for me to say it too, since almost all of these suggested the same. And as army-of-pandas said before, looks like a paw of a bear climbing up some mountain... But much more cartoonish.
1. remove the black borders.
2. maybe change the colors of the mine.
3. maybe you could define it a little better with more shadings.
4. maybe make it more unique (It looks a lot like the goblin mine.) (Now i notice that was intentional, so screw 4
