Looks cool and i believe you. It may have taken alot of time.

It looks great, but i think you need more contrast to the face;
Just select it and run a "Brightness/contrast" and it'll be better.
Also, the helmet looks cool, but i think it is too close to the skin tone, I'd like it to be more like the armour colour.
Finally, i think it needs to be a little more gritty, those things practically live in mud you know!

The armor, clothing, and skin all look way too clean. They should be more dirty, muddy, less so clean. They are orks after all. And the mouth looks... Strange. Other than that, good job.

The bandit portrait models's wraps are such a sunavabetch. Though the lips wraps good in the main models.

Textures looks very nice and will be useful for LOTR maps for sure.

Er.. the clothes and helmet are based on reference images and miniatures I own you know. Lotr Orcs actually wear this stuff.
