Add a buff to the target unit, and then make a trigger, which goes off every 0.03 seconds, and then pick all units with that buff, and move them in direction of the caster.

You 'Move instant' And then pick a small rate.
Like:

Move picked unit 20 every 0.3 seconds, in that way.

That way it will look like its getting pulled.

If you move it 200 every 3 seconds, it will look like its getting teleportet.
