I used this a long time ago without any issues. I am now using Reforged and wanted to use this system in a current map. The idea is mana = stamina, so as you move you slowly lose mana. For some reason, whenever I stop the unit, he loses a big chunk of mana. This is not supposed to be happening...

Working on a Stamina system that would slowly drain a resource as your hero walks, so the player would have to rest periodically.

I'm gonna do some tinkering with this, looks amazing. Was hoping to make a quasi-stat for an "endurance" system, this might be it. Bit late to this party but I wanted to not replace the entire interface but just add 1x1 stat grid, that would be on every unit instead of just hero units.

Hey gang, got help to make a little movement = mana loss system and it is working good. Uh, I noticed no easy way to do a "generic unit event" that would detect when any unit is at 1/4 mana or 0 mana and then use a dummy to apply a negative effect.
Also using Bribe's Unit Indexer and Movement...
Found out that ManaLoss_Locations had to be an array for the [UDex] part. So I have this trigger exactly as you've instructed and am not seeing any mana loss upon movement, my Mana loss factor is not at zero. If you try this in a map, does it work for you?

I'm working with the latest update editor and Bribe's movement system to try and make a trigger that will cause a unit to lose mana while it travels. This is similar to a DOTA/DOTA 2 spell called "Mana Leak" by Keeper of the Light.

Hey Bobby, I gave your method a shot. I can now save without the "InitTrig_triggername" error. However, I have a much bigger problem after the fix. When I click "trigger editor" I get a series of messages and crash. I will post screenshots of them in the order they show.

No, your system will still work in 1.29. What I mean is the problem for me was opening my map in 1.29 World Editor, when I was using a map I was working on with 1.28. The save works for no triggers. There is nothing wrong with this system and it is amazing
