    Regardless of where, logically, it may have attachment points, in order to know for sure you must really open the model up and look at the list of attachment points to be sure. War3Viewer and YobgulS are tools that will help you do that, to get started.

    Actually, that's probably the only way to do it using the existing bounty system. The other viable option is to scrap using Blizzard's bounty system and write your own using floating text. This would allow you to grant whatever you want as a reward for kills.

    I don't see anything wrong, glancing over the process you used in making the campaign. What kinds of things happen in the map you made? Did you do any hex or mpq editing of the map? Did you import models? What are your campaign triggers in the map like?

    I think that using items does count as the unit using an ability, so that's probably not the problem, but you should definitely double-check to make sure. Otherwise, since Spellbook is a very different ability wherein it basically just opens up another menu, perhaps it's not counting itself...

    Do your research. Take a close look at the upgrades that a Troll Headhunter uses and what those upgrades do, and then take a close look at the units trained by the Barracks, and the upgrades that a Barracks uses. Alternatively, the same can be said of Steam Tanks and the Workshop.

    I'm not sure if the "Art - Attack..." fields for the unit in the object editor are in seconds, but if they are, and you're not able to match them perfectly with a trigger, you may be experiencing the default minimum wait time. No wait can be shorter than .25 seconds; the game rounds up if they are.

    One of the fields dictates the interval between secondary damage amounts, but it's not listed as that. Check the fields for one that you may have set to 0.00 and try reseting it. That will fix your problem.

    If you open the first map with WinMPQ and extract all your imported files and the .imp file, and then open your new map and import all the imports as well as the .imp file, the new map will recognize all the imports in the import editor and won't try to eliminate them (as it usually would).
