In the texture manager, the texture is named after "GokuSsS.png".
Use this tool > http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/tools-560/mdx-pather-62978/
And rename it to your texture which is GokuSS.blp.
Use this Mdx<>Mdl Convertor here. Convert your model from mdx to mdl.

Then open Geoset Merger, and import both of them. Write the path (including .blp) for the geoset model's texture...

You can't really edit the height for the HP bar really. Its actually because that model have that portrait team glow thing which actually made the model's extent higher than usual.
