I don't know. Maybe? Try importing the sound files into a [test] map and use them to replace a unit's sound set via World Editor. There are users who have had issues with sounds not playing due to the files being in the wrong format, but that was the pre-Reforged days.
Wow! These are great! But the format that the game uses is now FLAC, not WAV. Though I guess those who will be using these sound sets could just convert them FLAC with an audio conversion software (i.e. Pazera Free Audio Extractor).
