ap0calypse: Rejected

Aside from the fact that maps must be written in English to be approved here, the map also contains several bugs.
No DISBTN's, very bad camera movement, extreme grinding at the start, I got 3 abilities over 20 levels, some models are invalid.

Fact of life is that english is in top 5 wc3 languages, and also the hiveworkshop main language, so if you want to put a map on hiveworkshop then it has to be in good english. Or you could just find a russian forum and make your map in russian, which would be much easier for you. That is if you are russian, which i guess you are :ogre_hurrhurr:

Other maps have been approved where the grammar and spelling is absolutely horrid (The Chosen Ones??). Holy god could you guys be meaner?

Can someone confirm if the map is entirely in english? Anyways, improve the description as no one will be attracted to this map like that; add screenshots, use colours, etc.

it is not, you cant even see the names of the heroes when picking them, ability tooltips are also reduced to name, number and hotkey

This map will be rejected for not being fully in english.

A lot of good ideas (i love the minimap

but the terrain is too flat, they re not enough tooltips, and still that russian; you should ask some members to translate it (like Tleno).
There are too many undone stuff to upload ur map for now but it has a great potential, keep working

TCO was approved long, loooooong ago if I remember. Not that bad when compared to maps that aren't even in English, no?

And aeroblyctos (creator of TCO) does indeed have some problems with English, but he can still perfectly manage in an English-speaking community such as the hive.
He also had some help with his English in the campaign, so it's really not as bad as you claim.

anyway, map was based from Line][age and Line][age 2 so this might be good if it was in english... I won't DL coz there is no point in trying a map where I cannot understand the texts in-game...

Xeno, that first quote IS friendly!
I don't know how you see it, but he actually encouraged the user to either follow the hive's guidelines or find a forum in his own language.
There's nothing unfriendly or hostile about that quote.

However, your second quote is far colder, meaning less friendly ("language isn't English, thus rejected").
I really don't see why you're so upset about the first quote...

Why is it your problem that i wrote that? I was giving the best answer a person could give because the map is breaking the guidelines.
