Review:
Testers: ap0calypse (inner track), Aaron79 (outer track)
First of all: the spells are all standard, you did not change a lot there, the spells are meant to cause problems to other players, but this could've been done in a lot of different ways (e.g.: blackening the screen, causing the other turtle to randomly wander, make the other turtle go to the opposite direction he is ordered, ...).
Standard spells are not real eye-candy, you can take any of my ideas or invent some yourself, but you have to change them.
Terrain: the terrain causes a lot of problems... first of all: Red's track is ca. 1500 range shorter than blue's track, blue's track also has a longer range of getting hit by the towers (this isn't a big difference, but the difference is there).
If you just look at the appeal of the terrain, you'll notice a lot of spammed doodads, stacked trees and some lonely doodads - I can't complain about it too much I guess, since it's a race track, but it's always nice to have a good view when racing.
Triggering...: you should really learn a lot about this, since your triggering...
well, it isn't good.
You can combine all triggers with the event "Time elapsed is X Seconds" (X is any number, not necessarily always the same).
Also, the "A unit enters region"-triggers can be combined, idem for the "a unit dies" trigger.
Renaming triggers (F2) is a good way to make things go quicker: you'll find the trigger you want faster and it looks better
In short: I didn't dislike the idea, though there are already a few race-maps around here, but this isn't finished yet - it needs to be improved before it can get approved.
You will need to change a lot, so I just reject it.
