Overall nicely done map. You can see there has been attention given on details.

Only things I can think of that could be improved. Those are only suggestions.

Maybe:

1) Fix that moon that merges in a Barren planet.
2) Make certain planets are no so near one from another. This is not realistic the gravity would make them collide.
3) Maybe put pathing blockers doodads around planet so your ships don't just mfly trough.
4) Oh... maybe make some asteroids fields in wich your ships can collide and get damaged. Maybe even give some movement to the asteroids.
5) The worm hole is a nice idea but extremely hard to find. I think it took me like 20 minutes before I find the one in my galaxie. Make it easier to locate.
6) I truly believe you need hyperspace technology on some spaceships using blink ability. To avoid over powering a player. You can raise the cooldown of abilty and the manan cost. ALso you can make it with levels so the blink range limit varies form minimum distance to maximum range.

Did not play it multiplayer, but seemingly has alot of potential.

Well the planets spawn at random so that it gives a bit of variation. I tried fixing interplanetary collision earlier last year but had no success
(yes I havent been working on it for a while just started again yesterday)

There is hyperspace technology, it's the warp beacon, upgraded from the radar station that is launched from the builder unit. It does what the wormhole does except the speed of teleport is slightly slower.

So basically that explains a few things.LOL Have you tried coming up then with a trigger that spawns your planets with a minimal distance between each planet spawned. It could work. But you have to do some advanced triggering.

For example. Condition: If last created unit is X distance from (planet x) Action: Remove last created unit. (P.S. I don't even know if there is such function but it is worth giving a look)

You probably would have to give a variable for each planet created to follow such actions.

I guess you already came up with a similar trigger...
