Well I checked your map and I must say that I am a little disappointed!
Idea:
Well I played few maps and I must say all was same, I didn't find nothing unique in this one, but if you continue to upgrade and improve your map pls make something unique!
Map description:
Maybe you think that map description here on THW isn't important but thrust me, if you use 20 words to describe your map no one will want to play it, why, because we don't know anything about your map!
Add screenshots, write credit list, change log, map features, colorize description, add boxes etc etc...
Here check this one:
The importance of a Description [09 May 2009 17:41]ap0calypse
and BB code list!
Ingame description / Custom GI:
No Quest Log on 1st place, that means no credits, no command list, we can see anything about your map!
No single GI (Game Interface) change, grrrr
Heroes descriptions are very poor!
Hero abilities description is horrible!
This tutorial is new but really awesome, I really like it and I am sure you will learn a lot from it!

Terrain:
Terrain is simple and looks great for this kind of game, well at least at first look!
Whole map is covered with only few tiles, you placed some doodads (like randomly -.-) so it looks even worse...
But don't worry I have something for ya:

Well I attached links to few tut here on THW and to their Authors!
Some are easy some are for advanced users!

Some have little to do with terrain some much more!
Pls at least scroll down each one just to check pictures!

If you really want to learn how to terrain, check also other sites like
http://world-editor-tutorials.thehelper.net/
http://www.wc3c.net/
and others...

open maps, check terrain contest etc etc, check terrain board and people showcases, explore user albums, search Hive... You can always ask some user for help, join to Chat room sometimes (http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/apps.php?p=gochat)

 2 Much work to do right...

Triggers:
Grrr you triggers are ok, I mean they do job, but they can be done in different way to reduce their size,
here is an example:
  • player leave Copy
    • Events
      • Player - Player 1 (Red) types a chat message containing -player3leave as An exact match
    • Conditions
    • Actions
      • Unit - Make Unit Invulnerable
      • Unit - Move Unit instantly to (Center of Region 005 <gen>)
      • Unit - Change ownership of Unit to Neutral Passive and Change color
      • Game - Display to (All players) the text: Rifleman of the Pla...
      • Unit - Make Unit Invulnerable
      • Unit - Move Unit instantly to (Center of Region 005 <gen>)
      • Unit - Change ownership of Unit to Neutral Passive and Change color
In this trigger only one action works: Game - Display to (All players) the text: Rifleman of the Pla...
  • spawn run
    • Events
      • Time - Elapsed game time is 45.00 seconds
    • Conditions
    • Actions
      • Item - Create Speed at (Random point in Region 003 <gen>)
Instead of creating new trigger that will 15 sec after this one create different item some were on map you can use loop event!
Time - Every (Random real number between 45.00 and 60.00) seconds of game time
In this one I even used random number so it will look even better!
Define all items with variables (array) first in different trigger (Initialization will do) and then use Random integer number between 1 and 10 [last rune item that you defined]
This trigger create leak also, and that is bad because it will slowly full your PC memory and game will start to lag after some time, you will find all about leaks in links below (DON'T be lazy check it)
Also if I can say create special effect at point where is rune created or show hint message (maybe both) etc etc...
Well I don't have time to explain all bad triggers right now, be free to post threads or ask help if you don't know how to fix by yourself!
Here are some tutorials and links again so check if you have time:

Off Topic :D said:
I want to say that I posted only GUI tutorials that can be found on THW you can also visit many other sites like wc3c or the helper net etc etc...
Why GUI, well I know Jass a little, I can understand but I can't explain it, so I posted only stuff that I can help you with!
Also if someone see that some new tutorials are uploaded or maybe deleted tell me so I can fix list, thanks!

Memory Leaks:
I find some memory leaks in your triggers, pls check links above you will understand what they are if you don't already know...
  • elf p1
    • Events
      • Unit - A unit enters Region 002 <gen>
    • Conditions
      • (Unit-type of (Triggering unit)) Equal to High Elf (Male)
      • (Owner of (Triggering unit)) Equal to Player 1 (Red)
    • Actions
      • Set elf1 = (Triggering unit)
      • Unit - Order elf1 to Move To (Position of mine9)
      • Unit - Order elf1 to Move To (Position of mine10)
      • Unit - Order elf1 to Move To (Position of mine11)
      • Unit - Order elf1 to Move To (Position of mine12)
      • Unit - Order elf1 to Move To (Position of mine13)
      • Unit - Order elf1 to Move To (Position of mine14)
      • Unit - Order elf1 to Move To (Position of mine15)
      • Unit - Order elf1 to Move To (Position of mine16)
      • Unit - Order elf1 to Move To (Position of mine2)
      • Unit - Order elf1 to Move To (Position of mine4)
      • Unit - Order elf1 to Move To (Position of mine6)
      • Unit - Order elf1 to Move To (Position of mine8)

  • Example for this trigger

How you used Import Manager:

I can see map preview image imported, it is ok if you want to save space but at least make custom loading screen...
But why you use Textures\RiflemanElite.blp texture is really awesome but that is 2 much space (593 KB), your map is new, no one will host map that is above 2 MB you know why!
How you used Object Editor:
You just replaced abilities, units etc etc
It is really hard to find what you want...
This one is small problem but pro map maker should be well organized!
How you used Sound Editor:
Oh you used some sounds and music, gj!
Gameplay:
I don't like gameplay at all, only few new heroes with really random spells/abilities!
Attack looks really bad, camera if changed with mouse scroll can't be reset to default again!
No game modes
Leaderboard instead of multiboard!
Hero can jump on cliff and die -.-
Hero selection system is really bad, at least select peasant for each player!

And for the end my last words:
The Hive includes many talented Warcraft III modders of all skill levels among its users. New members (especially friendly ones) are always welcome. Take a look around and enjoy your stay, may it be long and productive!

Some good places to start include:
Searching the site using the above link always helps, you can learn a lot that way: just reading and learning is usually the best place to start, especially if one feels overwhelmed.

Likewise, the tutorials can really teach ALL of us a thing or two.
The chat room is cool: lots of people can answer questions there.

A few other tips that might help too:
-Always search first! Did I already mention THAT?
-When creating a new thread, make the title VERY specific: so the site's search engine (and we users) can easily understand just what the thread contains.
-Post your new threads in the proper forum: read the descriptions of each one so that you know what to post there.
-If all else fails, just send me a private message! I'll try to do whatever I can to help.

For new users:
If map isn't finished jet, use Map Development forum for that! You can make thread there upload your map so people can tell you what they think just like here! Also for any help with triggers or how to clean memory leaks post triggers and create threads here Triggers & Scripts! Btw if you need any help with WE we have World Editor Help Zone here on THW! And at the end if you need any resource from icons to loading screens check this out Requests!

I hope that my comment helps even a little so you can improve your map, if you want to know more, or just simple ask for something else I will try to help for sure!

Final mark:
