Scourge/Fallen Battleship

This bundle is marked as awaiting update. A staff member has requested changes to it before it can be approved.
Undead, Fallen, Scourge and Forsaken battleships are usually dredged ships. Dredged and brought back from the bottom of the ocean and refurbished with twisted new decorations, weaponry and details. Sporting large skeletal skulls at the front, glowing eyes and reinforced hulls, these naval behemoths are just as deadly in the afterlife serving new and unrelenting masters. Truly, nightmares and tales born in plank and iron.

Team colors included.
Custom icons available. Used in-game textures.
Please credit me if you use this model.

Enjoy!

The water particles are broken during 'Stand' animation. Please fix it.

Absolutely lovely work, great mesh & crazy to think it's all in-game textures.

If I had one critique, I would submit that the colors are a bit wan/washed out, especially compared to the other capital ships (from the comparison image you provided). The colors aren't as vibrant as any of the other ships (even the other Scourge battleship). I don't know how much control you can really exercise over this, given your use of in-game textures. Still, felt I should point it out.

Cool. Will you do Battleship of ScarlettCrusade and Kultiras in the future?
There is already a model of the Kul Tiras Dreadnought and a Galleon with their colors in my resource bank.
Nice work.
Thank you!

Thank you for the feedback!
The main textures are from the Undead UI and Arthas from TfT Campaign menu so they are a little more grey and lacking color compared to other textures, agree. The metal parts were however intentional to give it more of an undead and lifeless appearance compared to the bright gold of the human ships for example.

You can still optimize your model by fixing the issues detected by Hive's Sanity Checker such as unused Global Sequences and obsolete keyframes. Try this tool, it might help you with it.
I can try but the model does not have any extra animations added to it. I might get this same problem over and over because I duplicate a geoset and then create new meshes through that, otherwise, I am unsure how to optimize or remove these errors. Will try though.

The Hive's Sanity Checker scans the model file for any stuff that needs optimization. These "errors" are sometimes harmless to the game itself but by optimizing it you maximize the quality of your model file, reducing file size and therefore is a good habit of doing so. ^^

You can try dropping your model file to the page I linked in my previous post. It's experimental though, your optimized model might sometimes come out broken. Or you can try the optimizer in MDLVis and Retera's Model Studio. Then, you can drop the optimized model in the Sanity Checker page to see if it's better. Cheers!

Unsure why it looks like that in the preview but in-game it works without any problem fine. The two Particle emitters for death is turned off during all animations but Death.
Fixed the issue in the preview. But in reality, there is no such issue in the game.
Please do not set "Awaiting update" for this reason.
Adjusted some particle visibility, making particles disappear smoother in Death.
