Approved. Perhaps add a little more detail to the hair? Its rather plain atm. But it's not a big issue when viewed ingame. Thanks for providing an ingame screenshot.
So here's a short little review:

First point of order is that this all appears to be free-hand with the only bits left unedited are the bits of skin on the chest, arms and face but the hair and clothing has all been altered in some way. So props to that hence it fulfills the 75% free-hand requirement. The only part I would question is the gems on the 3rd one's circlet.

Next up is the free-hand itself, the texturing on the cloth and hair is all done pretty well and I like the design and patterning on the hem of the dress which I think has been done really well. The variation in colour is also really good, adds to the usefulness of the skin. Particular care and attention has been put into the folds and creases which I think is important.

A few points of critique imo would be that the black patterning on the hem and chest area looks a little flat and just kind of pasted on top so maybe some shading and blending could be done to just make it look more like its sewn in rather than printed on. The black lining on the dress is also quite bold and I'm not sure whether it could be made a little less bold. Also the hair whilst could could maybe do with some more strands in it to make it look more hair-like.

Other than that, a very good addition to the texture section and I give it a 4/5 and if it were up to me would be approved :) so good job!

May i request an alpha version to use for team color (for the dress). You can see on the rifleman texture how its done :)
That won't work unless the model itself has the relevant geoset set to allow TC when alpha'd which I don't think the villager woman will have.

Yeah, I agree. Some day i try some edit black line(maybe i'll make them more volominous - i think, i know how do this :)
About hair - i want doing his more clean, then original. But also - i suck in tring paint normal hair, and working on it.

Thx for review! I will try do my best next time, and try reworking this skin!

Uh-oh, my bad, but idon't know how doing this and how working with alphacanal for teamcolor...

But, i may give native photoshop file - you may recoloring dress and hair, and gems any color what you want!(This is not teamcolor, but something like this). Also anyone may edit this abomination any path his want - i will not mind at all

And sorry for my bad english - google translate and meager knowledge language only help me write this post

Hey, it's a really good skin, and sometimes you can justify things as an artistic choice, for example most blizzard textures draw hair as like weird play-doh blocks however you can also go for a more realistic hair texture. One method of drawing hair is you find your base colour draw it over the area then select the finest selection go to the darkest setting and start drawing thin lines of hair over it, as you do this you keep making the colour lighter to build up layers of dark shadowed hair and lighter hair where the light falls. There's tutorials of this on YouTube I could recommend :)

Yes.
Gotta be following Footman here, this texture does improved the original FVillager, props for hiding the cleavage to keep the ladies formal. Has a good amount of freehand and most importantly managed to deliver the concept of rich female villagers.
However, there is some parts that I think you may improve to get ladies spot on :peasant-ok-hand: :
Hair may need some depth, they kinda look bland but tolerable.
It's rich people right? Make up would be nice.

Another part that i need to ask you here, the first texture 01 has less size compare to other 4.
Given how female villager are quite small in size so some may argue being too heavy for a texture variation.

For now, a 3.5/5 but i will round it to 4 in the review.
