Earth-Fury: I shall trust in matyko's review and approve this.

I created this game sort of like Island Troll Tribes where you are 1 character and must collect items to make objects. However, in this case you are in a jungle of dinosaurs. This also requires a lot more teamwork because there are no ways to revive and you have somewhat low health.

Sweet, except that humans, neanderthals, or even early homo sapiens ancesters won't have evolved until millions of years after this map takes place. But its cool.

yea i know i remember saying something like that but i needed some sort of human player to be... (being dinosaurs just doesnt make sense to me)

V 1.04 is out. Changes include the removal of dryosaurus because of not having a attack animation, addition of therizinosaurus and eryops, and the addition of the Extinction Event feature. The Extinction Event occurs every 15 minutes and destroys all dinosaurs on the map (including yours) but should keep your hero alive. This is experimental and I'd like to get some opinions on it.

Gameplay: If you've come for a complex survival game that will shake the foundation... Go home! This isnt exactly the map that will do that. But if you've come for a fun little team based mahem, then you could concider downloading this map. It does carry some ideas first planted by Troll Tribes, like a complex item creation system, but it focuses much more on the actuall confontration of your hero against the enemy! It seems well thought through, and with the exeption of some smaller bugs and a few other really small things, like the shadow of some creatures, this map looks like it's able to do what I think it is meant to do.

Terrain: The terrain, though definatly not the worst I saw, could use some work, at the volcano, just to name one of the few places wehre I found it lacking...

Cinematics/Texts: Tooltips seemed find, though I have to admit I didnt really look at every single one of them, they seem to be in good, understandable english ^^.. The only thing that's bugging my eye is the the entire quest log is filled with items listed one by one... if you could pack it together in one big quest, or into groups, and make a users manual, it would really help...

Multiplay:
Due to lack of AI, playing single is out of the question. Playing is ok, but I personally think that it will not become a blockbuster map that rivals the (in)fame of DotA, but it good for a game or two...

Overall: I started playing with the prejudice of playing with a troll tripes clone... I was pleasantly suprised. Though far from being perfect, this map holds just enough value to become accepted.
