Well, you just make a round model thingy and load the texture "Buildings\human\townhall\townhallcastlekeep.blp" wrap around a bit and that's it :p
o_O mate, dontcha think the clock 'box' in overall could use being somewhat slimmer?
Idk, i like it as thick as it is. I know normal pendulum clocks are slimmer and maybe smaller too, but i think this one fits the WC3 theme better.
An actual stand animation would be neat.
I actually tried animating the pendulum. In milkshape it looked fine, in WC3 it looked fucked. I mean, the stick didn't move it just rotated in place, it was weird. Will give it a second shot sometime later.

so it isn't animated..? then make it slimmer.

as for milkshape, you'd need to select all bones and 'zero joints' before animating, and to never export or save a model from 'animation mode'
