This bundle is marked as useful / simple. Simplicity is bliss, low effort and/or may contain minor bugs.
An 11-player FFA map resembling a butterfly. The map is partitioned in a 4-3-4 way(4 in both wings and 3 in the body). All players have initial goldmines containing 30000 gold. For an 11-player map, this one only has 7 extensions, 1 in the body and in both wings which contains 30000 gold, and 2 in the antenna and tail which contains 16250 gold. This map contains poor lumber but it will be the least of your worries in this bloodthirsty area. Enjoy, and leave your suggestions in the comments.

Hello and welcome to the hive!
I'm always happy to see new melee mappers, but...... unfortunately the learning curve is quite steep.

On this map you are making quite a lot of typical rookie mistakes. A few of the are:
1. Strange pathing in the shallow water areas. It's very hard to see where you can move and where you cant. And it also is very random.
2. Creeps should be "blue" (on reduced aggro range) everywhere except near gold mines.
3. Some itemdrops are bad. Itemdrops whould correspond to the strength of the creepCAMP. Look at regular ladder maps to understand which items are appropriate for which creepcamps. Also, as a new mapper please exclusively use just "100% chance for for lvl x item of class y" and nothing else.
4. The terrain is very basic.

There are many other issues too which I didnt mention yet.

I like the general idea of the map, but the current version needs major updates for almost everything. Therefore I'm sorry, but I have to put it to substandard. If you decide to make some big updates, you can contact me again, and I might have another look though.

1. I'm sorry but that has not really been fixed at all. Check Pathing with the "P" hotkey (hide warer with "W"). Water areas shold not be be large areas of either blue or purple, but not mixed like on your maps. Also, there are bugged areas on ramps like on this screenshot.

4. Well of course a large map is a lot of work, so it's not the biggest deal.

Also about the issues which I didnt mention, yes, they are not that important, but I mostly didnt mention them, because I dont feel like it's my job to teach how to make melee maps in all details to every new mapper, when there's guide like those in my signature available already :) So as long as 1 still exists, the review of the map does not change.
