67chrome: The skin looks like it was created with only two tones, the wrinkles or whatever the creepy lines on the skin are supposed to be could be incorporated in the skin better, the face looks pretty bad (except for maybe the forehead). I would strongly recommend looking at pictures of old wrinkly people's faces to make the wrinkles on the face look more appropriate. The mask/beard could use more detail work, it looks smoothed out to much. Also, whatever changes you've made to the pants make them look leather, which doesn't seem to match the concept of the skin very well. This skin needs a lot of improvement to be excepted, if you want to receive more feedback on it while you improve upon it start a new thread in the 2D art section, but for now this is getting rejected

Doesnt look to humany, make it lighter. It seems all you did was make it brown and add a butt load of wrinkles

The lines of shading are far to messy. try to smooth them out a bit. Also. try to add a bit of dark outlines around the TC. it looks a bit fused into the cloth (in a bad way) and doesn't look all that good.

The 2 above comments are great, you should follow them, but I have one other suggestion.

The team color looks very sloppy, try and give it more definition. It would make it look better.

You should make an icon for this.

Also remove the teeth if you want to make it "Humanish"
