this is ridiculously blurry. Go into photoshop> go to filters> Sharpen> Sharpen.
repeat 5 times.

Or redraw it in a higher resolution (512x512 or 1024x1024), then shrink it to 256x256 and add one sharpen filter.

And stop deleting and resubmitting the skin. It's annoying as hell.
The Update button exists for a reason.

ok, ´m updating the skin, get out from my skin

Aside from the blurriness (as I believe that has been made VERY clear) you need to tone the shadows. Don't be afraid to make it dark, because trust me, it looks nice in the end.
