Introduction
We have for a long time been waiting for a real strategic game, and here it is.
Features
KaE is a strategic game based on destroying your enemies' bases, forge alliances, declare war, and so on.

Beginner's Guide
You start up with your king. He has an item in his inventory called "Tools", using these tools will build a base at a target location. Remember this, if you haven't built a base in a minute, you've lost. In the base you can build builders, they are very important. With your builders, you can start building your village. Houses lets people live in your village, and workplaces gives them work. You get income based on your jobless citizen (small amount), and your working citizen (5x amount). When you've built a small village, its time to get an ally. To ask, type "-ally XX", and to accept type "-accept". You should get many allies, and few enemies at start. Do not rush, it will only make everything worse. Now, lets get to the guide again. When you've made yourself some income, you should look at your happiness (wood), the least it can be is 25 and max is 250. Your income will grow/reduce with your happiness (25 = 25% 250 = 250%). To make your happiness grow, build buildings like the tavern. You should get barracks and walls to keep your village safe now. And then, go on like this untill you've eliminated all of the other players.

Seems like I've put the version name in the name. Can any mod change the map name to "Kings and Empires" instead of "Kings and Empires v.1.49"? Thank you.

I like your idea of this strategy type of map where you will build your kingdom and fight with other players. The game is just fine as it should be but there are some little things you should consider.
1. There are icons that turn green when you pause the game.
2. The terrain is empty, it has nothing in it so it looks dead at first. Although at the progress of the game you can see inhabitants already, but it is not really wise to leave the terrain empty.
3. I found an archer with a woman voice when in fact, he is a man. Try to do something about this.

1. Yes, I know, and I am trying to find it all and fix it.

2. Yeah, I am not good at terrain making, so I tried to make it fast and clean. You know, when I make terrain, it all gets to look a bit the same. I will fix this.

3. Hah! Thats suprising. I will fix this.

As I've said, I will fix it all in version 1.50.

My little review

Terrain
The terrain is too empty... Ok but this is understanding when I played it
Tha bases have to be quite huge to unlock final buildings
Put 2 entry for each potential bases area.

Economy
I Know that economy is quite hard but gives information
some text "Your population works too much" or "Stop Loarderon's holidays" :)
What is the delay before you get money (I advise you tu set it every 1 seconds)
describe how much you obtain with every buildings
I was lost (I built some building randomly)

How many people per house, does it feels people happy?
How many workers per blacksmith ?
How many people per wood factory?
How much Happiness gives the tavern?
How many people you need to have a medium village? and a big one? (I stopped after 50 houses)
How much gives a worker 5x time more than a workless villager
How much time after create a house a villager will sapwn/Does houses spawn villager??
How much gold a worker villager obtain per seconds?

After a moment you have too much villagers in your base and the center is over-crowded it's blocked
(so if you creates new villagers they are blocked in the mess)
I think it could be more technical to have less people in the base, less buildings, and have to upgrade buildings.
Could be fun to specialize your population (Wood, iron, fish, stone, ...)

Hero
What the hero is used for (I don't know if it's english)
Just choose your town hall location?
Spells?
Items?

Happiness
How do calculate Happiness?
We can imagine that creates War buildings can decreases hapiness
Or creates a tavern or win a war Increases hapiness

Problems
Fix the description for demolisher units

Is it possible to have other bases??

Food
I think the essencial ressources in this kind of map before gold is the food
No food no workers no gold???
It could be more realistic to creates this ressource or decrease the amount of gold obtained periodically
Like in warcraft 3 modes

Economy and Market
If you want to be very realistic
Why not imagine to buy food/stones/Wood/.. with a market that have changing price
like in real Life

How many people per house, does it feels people happy?
One villager per house, and no, houses don't make villagers happy, it was too OP. ( I had it in a version that has not been submitted. (v.1.42))

How many workers per blacksmith ?
You are allowed to have endless workers. Blacksmiths are only for getting people to work.

How many people per wood factory?
The lumber mills are also for having people working, its just better in the way, that it does not decrease the people's happiness as much as the
blacksmith.

How much Happiness gives the tavern?
It gives 5.

How many people you need to have a medium village? and a big one? (I stopped after 50 houses)
It goes like this: 0, 10, 40, 100.

How much gives a worker 5x time more than a workless villager
I don't really understand this question... A working VILLAGER gives 5x income, not the worker unit. This means, that if you have 15 houses and
0 workplaces your income would be 15, if 11 houses and 1 workplace, it would still be 15, acctually the workplaces add 4 times as much as the
house. Just better to explain it by saying that a working villager gives 5x more than a jobless one.

How much time after create a house a villager will sapwn/Does houses spawn villager??
Yes, the number of houses tell how many villagers you CAN have... If your houses are broken your villagers will leave and if you build more,
they come. Also, the timer that says when they CAN leave or come, is set to 13 seconds.

How much gold a worker villager obtain per seconds?
This is hard to explain because its not really timed in seconds. Its like this: "Random real number from 4.00 to 17.00", so, in seconds, a working
villager gives. Let me calculate... Umm, LOL I've made it too complicated, I can't see it... But I guess somewhere around 15? Look below.

Sad, but true... My friend that normally tests with me is on holiday, and I have no one to test it with, I only play singleplayer...

I've not been working so much on the King... But as he levels, he will get very strong and be handy in combat. You can revive him.

Happiness is based on your buildings. War buildings, as you "Imagined" decrease, and Tavern increases. Houses don't increase it, because
then it would be too OP. You can think about it. A Workshop, would that be nice to have in your neighboorhood? No. And thats why it
decreases a lot... But stables, is that as bad? No, thats why it decreases just a bit... And so on.

No, not yet, but you could maybe build a small hideout or something.

No it does not, it says this: "These goblins are exeptionaly effective against walls.".

Dude, can you make a small map with this Multiboard in and send it to me? I always fail when making them...

Nah, I just tried making it... Will be all to complicated.
I'll need to create variables telling what ALL of the units cost in all of the different resources, AND... I will need to display the costs in description... AND at last, I'll need to change all of the triggers containing anything about gold and change it to the variable gold...

A Short Review

First and important thing,nice job. I'm serious! Making a map is a long,hard work,so good job!
Second and important too,thank you for not protecting the map so that I could enjoy it more ^_^

Okay,now for the real review...

1) Why does the host have 100.000 money? It's INSANE!
I think all players should only have 10.000 money at the beginning.
And I would also make it more difficult to gain money by taxes!
2) King has no abilities,and why do I even need him? Yes,it's cool,
I myself think that without a unit that levels up,game becomes
boring...but this King is of no use! How about some abilities to
boost the army? I think it would be nice...
Oh,and I would make barbarians still give you experience after
level five. Could be useful :)
3) Uhm,why so few units? I appreciate that the game is balanced,
cause it actually IS balanced a lot. But too few units are
bad! And how about giving upgrades or extra abilities to some
units???
4) I added mercenaries and such in my version (it's for my personal
use,I will NEVER publish it so don't worry ^_^)... I mean I added
this feature: each game day (normally 480 seconds), you can
hire a different type of unit (heroes,healers,barbarians...) from
your capital (or town center,whatever you call it),so the game
is overall more awesome :)
5) What about artificial intelligence? It's a difficult thing,I know,but
it would really boost the fun up a lot!

Review's over :) I really liked this game,and that's why I said all these things! Because I expect even more from an already awesome map!

Its not the host, its the user "WorldEdit". Just for testing. Also, it gives you level 4 kingdom at start.

My computer's cable from the motherboard to the harddisc is not working, so for the next few days, there will be no updates. Don't worry, I'll still be working on it when my computer is back.

I've just found out that that was not the problem! There was a screw that lied inbetween the harddisk and the motherboard, giving it another way to pass... This gave me the error! Well, now its fixed. I'm working on a new update, so stay tuned!

I have a modified version,clearly unbalanced and incomplete.
(just for personal use as I already said).
The changelog says you just raised the barbarians' spawning time,right?
It shouldn't be a big deal to do that again...
