This is one of the playable characters I created for my map. I couldn't find any high elves on the site that looked like what I wanted (or blood elves for that matter), so I decided to give it a shot and read a few tutorials, then create a skin. It's my first real unit skin, so please, don't be harsh with the criticism, or at least make it constructive, thanks =)

67chrome: The shading on the clothing is off, and the yellow trim does not fit with the clothing, it is overly saturated and has no ware near enough shading, making it appear very separated from the clothing. The beard also seems rather uninspired, it is pretty much the same thing as the druid of the talon, and does not look very blood-elven to me. At least it is shorter, but it doesn't work for me. Maybe add a few touches to it to make it appear as if it is not just coming out of the neck and under the chin, make it look more like a real beard, something :/

The yellow trim on the robes looks very unfinished, like you just placed it done for an idea of the concept but never got around to adding the right amount of shading/highlights/finish to it.

All of the druid's skin seems to be re-color as well, the arms could probably be completely covered but the rules do allow up to 25% non freehand content, just wish you were a little more creative with the beard, it comes down from the face in exactly the same way the one for the original skin does. Maybe add a goatee portion to it, intense sideburns or something, and nothing goes better with a beard than a huge mustache.

The robes need a lot more work, I'd highly recommend visiting the 2-D art tutorials section for tips on how to work with cloth :)
