the missile fits your model very well and also looks good. But I don´t like that you have to use a custom texture for it because this forces you to use this missile only for the kooper model. And ingame textures wouldn´t look very differently.
I think it would be nice if you would also create a missile like that without custom textures , because the model section lacks missiles

Why does it force you to use it for the hammer bro.?
I think its a very well done missile. And if I could I'd +rep. =/
Works fine in Magos' Model Editor, and looks great, I like the spinning effect it works well! =D
It forces you to use it for the hammer bro ,because you have to import the hammer bro texture just for the use of this missile and why shouldn´t you also import the model when you already imported the texture.
Because when you would only import this missile you would import 6.88 kb for the model and 53,1(!) kb for the texture.

You SHOULD use the custom texture just remove the hammer bro out of the texture and make the texture as small as it can be and re-wrap (To fit the new texture). The texture could be a lot smaller, I just assumed it was just a hammer texture. Remove and resize the texture and it would be even better. =)
