Made by the fans for the fans, Envious genius creation Gridlock TD is reborn and more challenging then ever!

The great Nexus of the Elements holds all creation together. All life is made from the 4 base elements: Earth, Fire, Wind and Water. But in the dark reassesses of the unknown, a force wishes to undo all creation and send the galaxy into eternal nothingness. A dark entity of Anti Matter has gathered its loyal minions and is prepared to lay siege upon the Nexus of the Elements! As the Guardians of the Nexus, you must stop the invading forces for the life of all creation rests in your hands! Choose an Element to command, call on the forces that support that element to lay siege upon the evil and command a brave soul to lead the forces of Anti Matter to their doom! But these souls are tied to the elements they were created from, and if they all die, so will the Nexus and all creation….

Well, that’s ok for a story line to a Tower Defense I hope lol xD

If you have played Gridlock TD, then you will know how to play. But if your new to this style of Tower Defense then best to read this.

You build your towers along the pathways, and after the timer expires, your runner spawns. This runner is what you use to lure spawns to your towers, but at the same time, they can kill your runner. When all players' runners die, it's game over. You win the round when all spawns are killed, even if there is only one runner left. Don't worry though, your runner spawns again next round, and the chaos continues!

You can enhance your runner at your Elemental Shrine. Each runner has a special skill specific to that runner, and then Rejuvenation, Speed Boost and Toughness. To win, you will eventually have to get all the upgrades, as spawns become tougher as the game goes!

Map Features
- Choose from 4 Races, each with 3 unique runners to pick from
- Players can no longer kill other runners
- Rejuvenation is casted on the runner automatically
- Ice, Fire, Quake, Wind, Darkness and Greed Rounds will test your running skills!
- Bosses are now deadlier, with some deadly surprises
- Some towers can combine with an opposite elemental orb to morph into a new 3rd tier tower

This map has been worked on and off cause of complications. We made this from scratch with Envious' permission and finally after close to a year or 2, I dusted the map off and with the help of the clan, was able to finally get this completed. !KNOWN BUGS! These are bugs in which we cannot fix since they are in the game itself

Why does my runner have no skills?
This is a unit selection bug, you just have to reselect the runner and the skills will show.

Why are the spawns moving weird?
When a runner dies, the AI has to reselect its targets and with the mass number of units, you will see them pausing and going for a few seconds.

Why do the spawns go after my nearby partner and ignore me?
Before, ALL spawns would select the runner that is the slowest. If you have a speed upgrade and your nearby ally doesn't, they will attack him. This is as good as we can fix this issue since this is how the AI operates.

I was in Clan WCM when I started this and collaborated with a fellow clan member Frost.Fire. I moved onto Clan TDG eventually and that’s why 2 clan tags are on this map since both had huge equal parts in this!

Starting Areas have been redone, to prevent mass confusion and feed spawns directly into players starting areas

AI is still a littly spazzy unfortinatly, its been the problem from the start, but spazzy AI at spawn start beats the all mobs attack one runner cause someone reserched speed thing. This AI reorder is there cause of speed changes effecting there target choises

If you should happen to see this. I have just started on a recreation project for this map in SC2 - Do you possibly have a list of the effects and abilities each level brings? (Especially the bosses)
