Female Wizard

This bundle is marked as useful / simple. Simplicity is bliss, low effort and/or may contain minor bugs.
Hey guys hope you doing well. This is the first time I upload this model. Thanks to Kacpa2 help me build this model, and I got his permission to upload this model. This model is based on the Necromancess model from a really long time ago in 2013's post, which is necromancer's cloth + banshee's model for the female features. So I ask Kacpa2 for help, he help me rebuild this model as a human/elf version, using the sorceress model and necromancer's cloth, the staff, book, and the head has also been rework by Kacpa2 and makes it more like a human/elf.



Hope you guys enjoy this model, hope I don't touch on any rules in Hive.

Special thanks to @Kacpa2. Really appreciate his time to build up this Model.

Here I give out the post from 2013 the request for the female necromancer. I can't upload the original model because I can't get permission from them.

The model has been updated by Kacpa2. The model will no longer need that higher-quality texture.

I'll put this in substandard until you have removed the unnecessary custom texture, fix the few visual bugs and made the model more unique looking.

Hey guys I have some tips.

If u guys have their own custom necromancer model (cloth) or the sorceress model (for head or hand). Go search it on texture (skin) to switch it on the model editor, put the BLP document into texture manager, and change it from the material manager. Good luck all, and enjoy the model from Kacpa2 :)
 
It's a nice model, but the custom texture seems unnecessary.
This can be done just as well using ingame textures, maybe at least add a version without the custom texture.

Also a few technical issues. The geoset animations are all set to Linear, they should have interpolation None and the values should be either 1 or 0.
This is causing the skeleton to pop in between decay flesh and decay bone animations for example.
There are also some unused global sequences and textures, please remove those.

Edit. Walk animation is the only too awkward. Doesn't fit to young woman.
Yeah I know, I also wanna do it on my own but my Java can't support it. Even I upgrade in the new version and still not working.

Thanks for the suggestions. But I can't do it on my own now. Kacpa2 will focus on his own stuff and I'm still a new guy in Hive. But I will try to fix it.

I try to fix it as Mister_Haudrauf and loktar suggested. Maybe still not looking great because I'm still new about using the editor. Hopefully, I could done it ok. And I went back and remove some of the texture that no needed in the model and I took them out. The decay flesh and decay bone animations that the skeleton pops up problem. I change the animation on MdlVis and hopefully looks better now.

Take your time and make it a good model edit.
 
Sounds good to me. IF I still can't get it. I will find help. Cuz is my very first time to do this stuff.

You don't have to repeat that it is your first time making a model over and over again. We are aware :p
Also, please don't think we would treat you any different because it is your first uploaded model. We try handle things objectively, honest and without the kiddy gloves on.

Ahh my bad. Always repeat that thing. I will try to fix it. And I will send the upgrade in here and let you see what others that I need to change. And the tutorial, unfortunately I didn’t fully get it the true meaning. Even I change it into my home language and still don’t get it......

Is that ok you can help me explain more about the tutorial of posting/expection? Thanks you

Hi, I already saw those Submission rules. I don't really think I touch any of these rules. And Yeah, I go fix those issues that Mister_Haudrauf and loktar suggested. But I don't what other issues might appear. I also test it in my game and works pretty well. I will send it in here and let you see if there are any other things that need to be fixed. And I need to focus on my College stuff now. I will see the reply while I'm free. :)

If it's the same problem again is that ok to make a screenshot and let me see how to fix it or using which tool to fix it. Cuz you are the professional 3D modeler in here. So I can see what is the true problem is.

You didn't improve the model at all.
Just read tutorials and just work on your models on your own and you will learn.

Oh, I thought you might give the tips that how to fix those stuff in some critical way. Although I read the tutorials that you post it to me. But to be honest, I can't fully understand for now. Maybe my English might still need to be improved (English is not my first language.....). I'm just like stuck now. Can't think any further now.

I'm not meaning that I'm going to find any reason that I'm not good at it. I want to try to improve but something is missing. But I can't find it where is it.

Sorry for my excessive language........

Your English is fine, I just think you are too busy with trying to appease the community instead of learning skills and just trying to actually work on models.
Just put in the time, try out things and be creative.
Don't play victim and say that you are just a beginner.

I can try it. This is true because there is a lot of stuff in my community that needs to be done. Like my Fall semester in college, Financial aid, make up class for the online course in Spring, etc. It really makes me Irritability。 But you're right. Take the time and being creative is the key to make it better. But my priority, for now, it's still for my own community parts, but lucky it's not like last week. That's why I got really rushing on those things and getting crazy on it. Anyway, I will try again to looking at the tutorial again if I have free time if I getting trouble or some question that I don't really understand. I will send a post here for reply.

I gonna sleep now. It's really late in the US.

Well tbh that texture is optional i just added it for your own map so you have more detailed looking Sorceress i will get you tweaked up version taht just used ingame texture for her and tweak it up, it was long time ago, i can improve it quite a bit. Tho probably there is no way to add co-authors after upload, atleast i cant do that when editing my own submissions.
I will rate you up just for giving me 3 mentions in description and because you made quite detailed description for people who are less knowledgeable about importing models :v
