67chrome: This skin seems like it is excessively re-colored, and the black rectangles on the frill let me know that the team color is killed in this skin as well
My advice would be to do at least 75% of the skin freehand (it is a requirement in the skin submission rules) as well as check out some tutorials concerning alpha channels, so you can at least get them working in your skin.

Read tutorials about Alpha channels.
