My submission for the "Less is More" Mini-modeling contest. It's a chakram inspired by Kingdoms of Amalur, with a lightning effect. Looks like this ingame:

That includes all three models. The attachments have been optimized to work with Rage Enforcer's Unarmed Runner RPG model - if you use the "Sphere" ability to attach the chakram, it disappears just as the missile appears. The upwards attachment is for the off-hand, which gives overall the following look:
