well sry to say that, but it's really bad quality. There is no shading, you can't really see that's a man nor that he has a beard.
Pls look at some tutorials, or other icons (approved ones) to see what quality your icon needs to be approved here.

And before you upload new icons here on the hive, learn how to draw high quality icons.
