This one I actually put some effort into, its supposed to be a holy wave (I believe theres a model for it but I don't take credit for the model and don't have permission to connect with it SOOOO no I wont attach.)
Please suggest any addons if you wish, its 100% freehand in Photoshop Elements 2.2
{UPDATED and fixed DISABLED border, it can't still be incorrect because i even looked over the tutorial.
