Zombie.: Remove the random blur from the middle and do a glow around it, maybe add highlights to the tips of the fingers. Either way, the overall blur makes it loose definition.

It looks good, but I would make the hand a little lighter and a little more cartoonish to make it look more like a warcraft icon (outlining the glove would be a good place to start, perhaps)

overall tho, it looks pretty sweet.

The hand is a bit off-set, i would fix the hand to either where its holding something then place the light effect on the palm or some other movement of the hand.

light looks boring, add more flashy effects
btw, fix the DISBTN, PAS and DISPAS borders first before you make other borders

they should have soft edges, not solid
