It should fit to orc/troll marines

Reposition the pistol, so the blade and the front of the gun is more in the middle, and also change the handle, as it makes the gun look like a toy.

Remove that pink thing on the trigger, it doesn't look needed.

There's too many details to tell what is going on here, i suggest removing some and adding something towards the background.

That's not a good position\angle for a gun in WC3. You don't have to show the whole gun. Focus on a single part, most often the barrel. Zoom in on it and reposition it a bit is my suggestion, but in order for it to look good in Warcraft 3 you will need to redraw it.

Ok, lets see I will reposition becouse its bit much to the left, handle stays the same becouse I think it looks cool, it's made by trolls so it needs to look more natural like its made from refined branch or something, the pink thing is leaf and I think its a nice touch, Debode its true that my gun doesn't fit with other wc3 icons that much but those icons you've shown are not item icons, well exept last one, besides if I were to chose different angle it would be whole new icon and some parts of guns wont be seen.
