Sin'dorei300: Don't flood the icon section with bad recolors.

I think it's more like Finger of Death. Also why is the Icons section flooded by recolors now?

While recolors can serve useful at points, I feel like that recolors are being abused (if the right term applies here) these days.

I can say that it's useful but sadly, seeing it's a recolor and it's being abused/spammed nowadays.

Change the author to Blizzard, this look okay- the others were horrific. If any of other ones get approved, then theres some issues with the moderation.

Don't take this as an offense but there's no issue. This icon/recolor would simply need to be improved, nothing else or mod issues.

Actually I never before recolored icon, so this means im not spamming recolors (I guess) and I think this recolor of spell could be used for um Frost Spells maybe.
