Gonna check this. And if it's a campaign then why is it still a frozen throne map?

Edit: Ok, this 'campaign' has bad terrain, is boring, unbalanced abilities, hardly any work put into this, and I can't really call this a campaign.. I will just vote for rejection.

This is your first description as well I believe? You need to expand it more, use colours and tables, etc. Here's a list of BB Codes to help you. How can this be a campaign with only one map? There should be 3 or more to make a proper campaign.

Unlike the preceeding comments, I will give a rating and offer you help in your mapmaking.

Since this is your first map, I will use the scale 1 to 5, 1 being a horrible, unplayable person's first map, and 5 being some talented person's whos probably had experience in another editor.

BEFORE OPENING IN WORLD EDITOR:
Terrain: 3/5 Better then most first-time maps
Spells: 1/5 I understand you don't know how to make custom spells, but you should elaborate on how he actually got one, this also ties in with
Plot/Lore: 0/5 There isn't any

AFTER OPENING IN WORLD EDITOR:

Trigger: 4/5 Most first time mapmakers can't even make one simple trigger...
Imports: 5/5 I just threw this out there cause when I made my first map, I didn't know how to import...

Total: 13/25 Not bad for a first time map.

However on a regular scale it would be 0-1/5

I have voted for rejection since the game isn't really playable. "noburst" if you want, I can help you learn how to mapmake
