Dude your descreption says nothing.I and i beleive most of the members-users will not do any try to download this map.
-You show no screenshots
-You say not what your changes are
-You dont say what is your custom race
-Easter eggs aren't so important to talk about in the descreption.
-Description is way below lvl 1

I wont rate it till you fix most of these i talked about

If so, it's better be rejected, since the terrain is already blizzard, unless.... did he edit the statistic and the spells?

Personal Comment:
-> Well, I play this with Human Race and encounter some annoying stuffs :
1. It's still mostly the default unit just some random additional troop
2. New Heroes has no Hero Limit [can be trained without limit]
3. No Great Change for the races

well, that's sufficient enough for your information, also, Easter Egg is not important. I recommend Map Description Templater or Map Descripton Generator for better map description making.

I suggest that you create your own custom melee map, so it this system won't be rejected a second time.

Heh. Okay Daffa.

But if this system/techtree is not worthy of approval, I think he should create his own custom map so that the system (and the terrain of the map) would be approved as well.
