  • Well how to change the aura's should be pretty simple, you would just have to go to the first trigger, Totems Cast, and then go all the way down, there's a comment saying AURAS HERE or something, below that I set the auras to what they're.
    Create a new aura, define the range of the aura in the object editor, make sure it is a unit defined aura, go to "Totems Cast" trigger and add it to the totem you like, SPELL_MISSILE1 equals the first totem I create. You can easily count them.

    I hope you're able to understand this, else pm me your map and the a detailed description of what auras you want on what totem.

    About the ice star, there is a way to make it disappear once a unit leaves it, or there's no units left on it. I could try to make that some time, but don't expect it anytime soon.
    I can differ the icy terrain from yours. The damage every 2 seconds would just be the same, not as smooth but I'll se what I can do.
    The totem does no damage the first time it is cast, it has to set some variables, I don't know which ones - due the lag when it is first cast. After the first one is created and gone, the ability works perfectly. Yes, I will try to make it easy to configure the auras :)

    The ice star looks horrible.
    I must admit I diddn't test the totem spell before uploading. I wont have time anytime soon. I am doing a big assigment in school this week, and next week I am taking driving lessons. The totem spell does damage instantly, atleast I hope so. The Ice Star spell is finished atleast I think so. Give me the Model for it and write what needs to be done to each spell specificly, and I'll do it when I get time.

    Well I'ved deleted the model rendering it invisibility - instead of the model visual effect, I've made it so that the ground turns into ice for the duration of the spell and is turned back when over. I think this is a better way to do it. The model size of what you're requesting is insane and I woulden't personally recommend anything like that. Whenever I get time to do last things I'll show you it.
    Yeah go for it. Also how do you plan on changing the animations? you cant change animations by editing a skin, you would have to edit the model itself.

    I am looking through your spells atm. luckily I had no serious homework for tomorrow :p. There's a problem though. I have changed the model to nothing and added a terrain change instead - I think this serves the SFX of the spell alot better.
    i dont need different durations, the only thing to be changed on levels are mana cost and cooldown. the totems hmm they could last 10 seconds or something. Is the damage happening to a unit that enters the area after the spell has been cast? or only to who is in the area when the spell was cast? also, the auras.. i was thinking on negative auras, but now that ive seen those i thought about the balance matters.. if it was negative it would be too op dmg to the enemies. those are nice =)

    I've created auras for each totem, but you can see if you like it. The bug was totems dissapearing right after they were cast. I know the problem, but I don't know if you can have a different duration for each level now though. I need some food in order to think probably.
    Totems
    Earth: Damage 10%
    Fire: Heal Aura 2%
    Water: Brilliance Aura
    Storm: Speed Aura 10%
    Wind: Slow Aura 30%
    All the numbers can easily be edited. I will show you how if you need to know, but this is the auras that I have already done.
    Yes there is those elements. I've already created an outcast. It's pretty simple, I've encountered a bug though. I am looking through the code atm.
    Hi, I've changed the Ice Star spell. I'll upload it soon - Do you want me to add an effect for each totem in the totem spell. Example: Wind totem slows nearby units. Earth totem gives nearby units a damage bonus etc?
    Okay :smile: I mainly wanted to check if you saw it - As I realised that the picture I still had on my desktop was your load screen which I had already finished, but made me confused for a little while.

    You saw that the load screen was completed right? If not remember to download before a weeks time is gone.
    the campaign are still underdevelopment... it was inactive for this moment cause my computer was unable to open World Editor.
