    It doesn't leak if you destroy it... plain and simple. You are over complicating it.
    In your situation, add the RemoveLocation script right after;

    Unit - Order (Picked unit) to Attack-Move To point
    For groups you can use bj_wantDestroyGroup, but for locations you need to store them and destroy them.
    To your question, variables can be overwritten so it won't just be one point all the time.
    So inside the group actions do..

    Unit Group - Pick every unit in (Units owned by Player 10 (Light Blue)) and do (Actions)
    Loop - Actions
    Set point = (Random point in (Playable map area))
    Unit - Order (Picked unit) to Attack-Move To point
    I Have an Elite model someone made a long time ago, i can give it to you if you need it for something, i think (e.g next version of the sandbox map you made last year)
