    Not all of them. It does not help you in changing the default UI.

    My "System" helps to click together new custom UI-Frames or to some degree create custom UI-Frames based on existing.
    (it is not complete yet therefore features are missing, some features might never come).

    One still has to do the interactive/dynamic part in code, In that example that would be for example inventory content, tooltips, ... .

    It is mostly bound to default assets, making it difficult to create alternative looking boxes like shown in that link.

    The problem is that there is a great difference. Many people don't have Reforged for very obvious reasons, so they should not be disadvantaged due to those reasons.

    Imagine you host a painting competition where you allow for both oil and pastel, where only a select few has access to oil. That would be quite unfair.

    The point of the contest is not to enable people to "perfectly reflect their inner selves". They can do that with non-competitive scenic terrains. The point of the contest is to give everyone an equal chance at victory by making everyone operate within the same framework.

    For your question about the cooldown display, this was added with reforged patch, you can toggle cooldown display in the options.
