actually you may be on to something. Death knight's horses also have horns. who knows, maybe it's like how some animals only grow horns/antlers upon maturity, - horses only truly mature when they die and are raised as undead mounts, or hats. the ones who are hats and not mounts must be pretty bummed out though.

They wouldn't know. They're brainless.

I assume most of that stuff (vital tissue) decayed for most of the undead units, but that doesn't stop them from having opinions (see "pissed" section in the sound editor). I'm pretty sure they are just stuck in the afterlife as hats. don't know why your'e trying to make the undead fashion industry look better anyways, everyone knows it's run by a bunch of rich dreadlord moguls anyways.
