How are not any of the others EULA related?
I will delete this message if you want to.

MAX STORM is heavily based around copyrighted electronic music (think Hotline Miami or Furi). Death to the King uses a lot of music from Dark Souls and Bloodborne, but I guess this one can be fixed. I don't know about MAX STORM though, as the music is so important. I suppose you could include A Terrible Nightmare to this list, but that one is easily fixed. For all other maps I've done my research and only used music in the public domain or under a creative commons license. For Red Raven I found really old recordings of classical music under such licenses, as well as got permission from others to use their sound effects in my map. I will do the same thing with NOYON and perhaps INTI (or maybe I'll just make a youtube cinematic out of it)

Ah, but who cares about that? You're uploading to Hiveworkshop, not Battle.net no? For B.net you can have a version without the music :D

Haha, I'm afraid I don't follow -- how would I go about that? The maps I upload to the Hive are run through B.net, no? Or do you mean maps run through an old client, pre current patch?

Ah, wait, did they remove Custom Games too? I thought only Custom Campaigns :\

As far as I know all custom games are "online", but I could very well be wrong. There is a versus button for online matches and a custom games button, but I've read complaints about them being unaccessible offline. The only way to use cheats is to launch the map through the world editor, which I suppose could be seen as some form of offline mode

Weird. Well, if Custom Games works online, it doesn't really matter since you're accessing your HDD for the map, not their server?

I honestly don't know! If that was the case, then how would they be able to enforce the EULA? Or rather -- check the maps for copyrighted materials? Seeing as you don't upload maps to B.net, only host them in a lobby temporarily
