Well, Daelin Proudmoore was kinda right about the Horde, but Garithos was a major racist prick and pretty much pushed the Blood Elves to the Horde - so yeah, that's kinda something wrong

Proudmoore was both right and not right. He guessed correctly that there would never be peace between orcs and humans, yet he himself was responsible for his own prophecy.

It's called World of Warcraft storylines. And don't worry, in about... 2 or 3 expansions they are going to retcon it, as they do with every storyline all the time.
