Many are not even policemen, they just give them a plaque and a weapon, someone they want to arrest, they kill him. - and my brother because they wanted to steal some supposed 2000 dollars he had (he never had it).

Hahahahaha, that's the worst thing you can do.- they came to steal my brother, they left with some expensive things and left him here, we called a friend and retrieved them, now apparently they come as reprisals.
