Well, you'll notice that icons taken from other games are clearly labelled as such (for example, there's loads of WoW icons, ripped & re-bordered for Wc3; all are given "Blizzard Entertainment" as the author). But generally ripped resources from non-Blizzard properties aren't allowed, and *definitely* not when unattributed; this is primarily a modder's site, full of people actually *making* things themselves (mostly).
