    Well it is not my animations to be fair. Most of them are just mp4's I found which I converted to GIFs
    If you want something to be always imported, copy the Wurst.wurst file from stdlib, then edit it to include imports you need. That way, the Wurst.wurst from stdlib will be overwritten in your project, and default imports will be changed.

    Oh, and also, if you want to save IDs, you should do this:

    The alternative is having actual object wrappers for this kind of thing, and having an elaborate definition framework, but that's way more complex.

    Also, "import public" means that when A imports B publicly, C that imports A also imports B directly, meaning you can import LinkedList to some package publicly, then have another package import that package, and also have the access to all LinkedList functionalities.

    I do not miss the trigger editor itself, I miss the WE itself.

    For example, I need to have an empty map open at all times to get the ids from the object editor anyway. Same for targeting preplaced things like regions,units and destructables.

    Well, nothing stops you from keeping the editor open next to vscode. This is the recommended workflow after all. However we use the vanilla editor for this and the map is run via vscode.

    And, ideally, you should be generating your units and not worry about IDs. Though I know, preplaced units can be a bit painful. (I usually work around with dummy units which i replace at init)
    Targetting things like rects should however be no issue? You name them in the editor and then refer to them via "gg_rct_rectname".
    The only issue with the worldEditor is, that it only saves the objects in the war3map.j if they have been selected in GUI iirc. Not sure if there is an easy way around this yet.
    Maybe with hive's world editor in the future :D

    But sometimes, it would just feel nice to open up the normal WE and work for a little while without the annoying tabbing between object editor and VS code.

    Yup. Artwise I like this one more, even if I like Sylvanas for sentimental reasons.
    I still have yet to go through your whole Lightning package, there's just a lot of it that can be improved in some way that I am wondering if it is better to just add the corrections myself and post it. Overall, the API is good, the idea is good, and we do need a Lightning API, so I'd add some things to "wurstize" it a bit.

    thanks to you submitting the contest map into the spell section, instead of exactly where and how it was said in the contest, we are now considered without a submission :/
