I've seen your post on another topic, this might be the answer to your described problem:
@ Q: I can’t load my character from 1.2A in 1.2D
' A: You need to load it with -comp and -save code in 1.2B(1), then -comp and -save in 1.2B(16), -comp and -save in 1.2C(9), -comp and -save in 1.2C(18), -comp -save in 1.2D(2), -comp and -save in 1.2D(5) and then you can load your character in the upcoming versions.
